Chapter V

You are a person!

The propaganda, you are a person. Where is it from? Why does the Eurasian understanding of the personality of a warrior hero and a convinced prophet and citizen differ from the merchant’s desire? To please whom? The hero wants to win, and the merchant wants to please.

The merchant does not care who is in front of him, and his main desire is to sell his goods. Because of this, he will praise the freak like beautiful, the dullard that he is cool, the upstart that he is serious, and so on. If he buys a product, item, and clothing in a merchant shop, he will leave very satisfied with himself. And the seller will forget this “person”.

The European identity and human rights were born in the market, and the Eurasian hero and fighter in a fight, in the struggle.

That’s why there is such a discrepancy. But European flattery is certainly close to a weak person, but proud. Many traditional people are very susceptible to flattery. What do people of traditional culture notice first of all in modern Europe and emphasize these qualities?

Market modern “personalities,” of course, like people with money. This is not necessarily the oligarchs, but the oligarchs in the first place. Market personalities scold corrupt officials. But not because they stole, but because other people pay them for shouting and denouncing corrupt officials. Oligarchs, for example, pay their journalists, and they write all kinds of criticism on competitors. Opposition oligarchs use-dependent people to take risks of them and so on. In general, it does not matter where the money comes from, and it is important to expose and, if possible, on camera so that you can see that they are individuals. That’s why many people started taking their selfies because the more a person likes himself, the more he is your client. Total clogging of the selfie network is an infection of the personality virus. At the bazaar, for example, where all persons buy and sell. Empty people, it is known, loves themselves most of all and runs to where the empty people gather, empty of empty, but who is shown on the screen and say that this is a star. Simultaneously, millions of traditional Kazakh people from the villages rushed to the big cities-administrative centers, where mostly non-Kazakhs lived because the urban population was advanced (and newcomers looked them in the mouth, how all children look at their teachers at school). A new culture has always been formed in cities. Although, any person could then and today break out of the traditional village environment and move to the city. There, everyone can learn and become the same authority as your relatives. No one would hurt. That’s what cities are for so that students look into the mouths of teachers. And looking in the mouth is a culture of almost filial deference. All traditional people look in the mouth of all authorities and teachers. It depends on education and discipline.

Kazakhs were absorbed in urban life, Soviet urbanization, and now the market has literally swallowed them.

And the Kazakhs, who are accustomed to answering only to their kind (before the clan, but not before the state – A. B) learn to answer, while only to their families. If you are lucky, the steppe people are willing to invite you to their feasts in the past and now. The lucky respected Kazakhs invite everyone to visit; this is normal to show your high level. All traditional peoples have no other reason to invite guests. This is the culture. It’s a tradition to invite guests. One doesn’t interfere with the other.

Finally, former nomads are afraid to lose, and even they do not know what. For example, competition with their relatives, neighbors, just familiar people. The child is also afraid of getting lost. That is why many Kazakh Muslims say Shukur all the time; they do not look for good from the good. So we’re good, and we say Alla Shukur!

This is still the level of prohibitions or the very first level of taboos.

Not losing face is like not losing sheep. This is such a loss. That is why the steppe people in the past are not accustomed to any other type of responsibility, except for responding to their relatives and now just acquaintances. But don’t show yourself to the rams and don’t show your status to the rams? (although, of course, this “responsibility” to friends and relatives is more like a show-off, show-offs in modern terms). Corrupt officials as market participants.

And no one is rushing to repress anyone because market aggregates are somewhat different from the motives that guided Stalin. For the market needs of the market actors. Who is our support in this swaying world?

Why only officials and pensioners are invited to local studios and TV shows.

Old people talk with a gasp and foam at the mouth about the greatness of the old times. So sweet that the viewer believes they lived there. Officials continue making excuses and are accountable. Some tongue-tied political scientists talk nonsense with a smart look. They also invite so-called local politicians… What else?

And only the presence of the elite and the rabble well shows the reason for such an eternal two-color cart. Even the same notorious Shukur, that are accused the people the presumptuous activists of Western freedoms and Western democracy, is only explained by this. Only, the question is, where did they come from? People of a different color of mind?

We come close to the question of where the marginals came from. And not in the sense of marginals like Russophiles ("vata") or great-power Imperials. But where did the steppe Democrats come from? When people of a great tradition should be divided into two camps – the elite and subordinates. Forever and ever. Not when the clock of eternity is ticking but constantly.

So, we came to people who appear, excite the crowd, exciting hopes, and quickly disappear like the same celestial meteors. Only from the meteors of heaven, a certain bright light pours. And from searchlights and scammers, otherwise, our stars cannot be called, only glare for five minutes. Why do they appear in the general pile of conditional provocateurs? Why do they break the inertia of the herd of conditional rams when no one allowed them to graze someone? In general, all traditional people believe that if someone came out into the open and shouted a message, then this person is at work. He was required to go out and tell people the news. And today, when one of the incentives is money, someone hired criers on their behalf, the money was taken, and they need to work out. We need to focus on this point. The mass of the people may be stupid. But at such a moment, everyone is a wise man because everyone judges by himself. And the average worldly wisdom says: do not twitch if you are not given an order. The second part is from humility to calling the boss: do not do anything, but do as everyone does and generally blend in with the crowd so that the wolf does not eat you, be in the center, not on edge. Be content with little and be silent.

The traditional man in his matrix is always content with little. Otherwise, he will be reprimanded. The people who are not official, who no one authorizes, are the Shukur people. This is a traditional people. What about our meteorites?

And why do they suddenly disappear on the highest note of their cry?

Well, first, as we just found out, no one screams for no reason here. If a screaming man is a massive head, you might say the only big man may shout. Now they are slaves not to their brothers but to their passion. These caliphs of local politics are very poorly prepared for a one-time exit. They’re really not ready. Their speech is poor, and their thoughts are poor. But going out uninvited in such a shukur setting is a feat: sensation, emergency. Only passion and knowledge turn them into marginals. These are the kind of people, laymen, who fill the official airwaves. And as politicians, these people are funny, not serious at all. Rather, they imitate someone.

But they, we know, will immediately disappear, who appeared out of nowhere. And losers called their exit politics. This exit is more of a marginal position than opposition to the government. It is oppositional only by an extraordinary turn. All those who are outside Shukur are marginals, not oppositionists. If they were oppositionists, they would be prepared. From year to year, they would prepare, prepared seriously. And what do we see? This is a game of emotions or just populism. What else can you expect from former villagers? For the support of a desperate crowd? It is more like a display advertising effect. In the steppe, never followed by ordinary people, only feudal lords led.

If meteorite politicians don’t belong to the elite, then they are closer to the people? In any case, here, Shukur really rests on the people. On the traditions of the people. On paternalism. But we know that all those who are not conditionally included in the elite are looking for and finding not justice, not freedom, not truth. All traditional people don’t need these categories. Everything that does not feed the family that does not feed the relatives, about all the relatives I do not say, is not significant. Justice, freedom, and truth are all important to the marginalized. Traditional people are in the eternal search of a patron. This patron will do as each Shukur wants with his Shukur. ( Shukur this is such a mood of goodness from Muslim ethics, finding minimum for necessary contentment)

But what was the response?

The meteors that appeared with their meager speech, weak energy, and clichéd words gave hope for a new world, the dream of the new patron to folk. Even down among the common people, in other words, there is a fierce struggle and squeezing out the weak. In a traditional environment, this is the case everywhere. The market only increased the cruelty of natural people. There is no natural sentimentality here. After all, many relatives will not do anything but will wait for payday. After all, they are also elite like their uncles. If the uncle refuses the services of relatives for this reason, then he recruits helpful and hard-working relatives. Any conditional junior in the conservative system and firm tradition is a silent pack donkey. No matter, a young Minister can also be a conditional donkey. If there are many young Ministers, it means that the company’s elder has a lot of work to do. And the young can be well run over, and they will be silent. But more senior Ministers, if they have saved up money, can go into opposition from resentment. Here, the opposition gathers just those who have become rich and forgotten their place in the ranks. But the people, the common people, support this cultural paradigm according to a flaw hidden from prying eyes. The conservative people support Shukur, do not support it, but live by Shukur because this is the only reliable and proven way to grow from a younger brother to an older one and grow up to be a senior to maintain order with the young growing behind. There is a void between the elite and the conventional mob. But it is filled exclusively with obedience.

This is why the feudal government is so insensitive to requests, pleas, complaints, and appeals from citizens that it is necessary to do something quickly so that there is no revolt, coup, or revolution. They, of course, heard these words, studied in schools and further. But traditional people would not be traditional if they filled the moat between themselves and others with something that communicates. If they are sensitive and over-sensitive, other traditional people will see this as a weakness. So, it was, so it is. The most effective managers in the East are tyrants. They maintain order. That’s why this castle, where the elite lived, is very separate and defiantly inaccessible. The traditional elite must emphasize its inaccessibility, including thick skin and weak ears.
